Yes. We handle emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in plumbing, locksmithing, electrics, shutters, air conditioning and drain clearing.
How long do you take to arrive in an emergency?
Response time varies depending on location and workload at that moment. In most cases we arrive within 30 to 60 minutes in Marbella, Elviria, Cabopino, Calahonda, Manilva and Sotogrande. For other towns, it depends on distance and team availability.
How can I request a quote?
You can ask by phone, by WhatsApp, or through the contact form. If you can, send us photos or a video of the problem: it helps us assess it better and give you a more accurate price. In some cases a technical visit is needed before we can confirm the final amount.
Does the quote include materials?
Yes, the quote includes labour and materials. We use quality parts so the repair lasts. If you'd rather supply the material yourself, we can work with it as long as it meets the right standards.
Which areas do you work in?
We cover the coastal strip from Torremolinos to the Campo de Gibraltar. Check the areas we cover page for the full list, and if your town isn't listed, get in touch: we may still reach you.
Do you offer periodic maintenance?
Yes. Besides emergency repairs, we carry out scheduled maintenance for homes, communities and businesses, at whatever frequency each installation needs.
Do you work with both individuals and companies?
Both. We serve private individuals as well as companies, shops, residents' associations and property managers, from small repairs to full maintenance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, bank transfer and Bizum. We issue an invoice if you need one. Payment is usually made once the job is finished.
